Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product, you can notify us within 14 days and return it to us. The return may be subject to a re-stocking charge. For further information on re-stocking charges please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us and we will arrange an inspection of any faulty goods. If upon inspection the goods are found to be faulty, we will arrange shipment of the item with you and/or the manufacturer. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then no refund will be offered and you will be charged the actual cost of the original delivery, collection and subsequent return.
