Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

Orders placed online will be delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Our estimated lead time is normally 2-5 working days. Once we have received your order we will contact you to discuss a suitable delivery date. Our minimum order value is £50. Orders between £50 to £250 will have a £25 (Ex VAT) delivery charge, and orders over £250 will have free delivery. All stated prices are excluding VAT.

Further Information

Deliveries will be made in a variety of different vehicles, from small vans to 26T lorries. The size of our largest vehicle is as follows:

2.5m Wide
9.0m Long
3.3m High

Please note these dimensions are of the vehicle only, and the lorry will need space to manoeuvre. If you have any concerns with vehicles this size delivering to your property, please contact your local depot for further information, which can be found here.

Orders will be delivered kerbside only, this does include placing goods onto driveways and front lawns. Unfortunately we cannot move goods by hand to other parts of the property or site.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by the person who placed the order and must be over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery costs.

Collection Information

Order your timber supplies online and take advantage of our convenient click and collect service. There’s no minimum order value on collections, so you can order exactly what you need - whether it’s a few lengths of timber or materials for a larger project.

Once your order is placed, your chosen timber merchant branch will contact you when your items are ready for collection, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free pickup. It’s a quick and efficient way to get high-quality timber, exactly when you need it.
